PTF - Folders disappeared - Help!

Hello,

I was adding folders to organize our scripts.  I pressed some keys I don't know which then all the folders were gone.  I clicked all the buttons and options to get the folders back.  I logged out and logged back in and nothing.

The only thing I can do is turn the Filter setting to ON to see some folders ... old folders that existed before.  None of the new ones I added are there.

I tried re-adding the folders that I don't see thinking that it may have done a rollback.  When I try adding the folder again, it says that the folder already exists.
