where does email address works if we select the business level as Customer for dunning letter
We have set up dunning level as Customer and in customer UI page (Parent level) at communication tab we have given the email address, but IEX Send dunning program not triggering the child programs and in log says " WARNING: Not even one dunning record processed successfully. So no need to spawn the IEX: XML bulk manager for delivery".Is something we are missing here??
We are using 12.1.3 version.
