Error when attempting to Preview the Integrator: No Integrators exist. Please contact your support r

Hi All:

I created a new Integrator in "Desktop Integration Manager", and also defined the layout and mapping.

But when I tried to "Preview" the new integrator in  "Desktop Integration Manager", below error happened.

Please resolve the following error to continue.

No Integrators exist. Please contact your support representative.
