Unable to incomplete the AR invoice due to status as " Delinquency"

Hi Team,

We are not able to incomplete AR invoice in the AR Transaction work bench, is it something like in Collections Workbench the Customer invoice status is delinquent?

User wants to revert back all the status from delinquency to Current so that he can Incomplete / Complete the invoices in AR.

Now, how to fulfill the Business requirement.
