Is new jdk1.8.0_261 certification creation requires PKCS Keystore in place of JKS?

Hi,

As JDK community has expired.

Is New JDK1.8.0_261 creation of genkeypair using $JAVA_HOME/bin/keytool -genkeypair , gives WARNING

"The JKS keystore uses a proprietary format. It is recommended to migrate to PKCS12 which is an industry stanusedard format"

Is that do need to use with New jdk1.8.0_261?

Is any other changes affecting reagarding certification and key store and wallets?
