Has anyone configured the Burp scanning tool to scan the PeopleSoft application?

Has anyone configured the Burp scanning tool to scan the PeopleSoft application? If yes, can you provide me with the configuration settings because we are running into a situation where the application server is brought down once it exceeds 280 connections. The Min handlers = 5 , max handlers = 7, maximum number of client connections=40 for Jolt listener options section in the appserver config file.
