WF Notification - Mail Status - ERROR

Hi,

We have a custom WF notification sending Notifications to each Employees every month ( its only message no approvals ).

Most of the times Notification delivered to Mail box.  But some times MAIL STATUS ending with ERROR status.  Few are getting successfully cleared when we run the Resend/Failed concurrent program.

But, still quite a some notifications still ending in ERROR.  No status change.

How to Fix this.
