Unable to access Kibana with the error "Error: EACCES: permission denied, open '/opt/oracle/psft/pt/

I have installed Kibana in my PeopleSoft Virtualbox environment. I was able to access Kibana and it worked for few days. Now when I try to access Kibana it is failing with the error "Error: EACCES: permission denied, open '/opt/oracle/psft/pt/ES/pt/Kibana7.0.0/optimize/.babelcache.json' ". I also ensured full access for all users is given for the directories Kibana7.0.0 as well as optimize. Still I am receiving the same error.

Any help regarding this is highly appreciated
