Cash Forecast and Available Vs. Forecast balance

In the Oralce delivered PUM 36 environment, there are fluid tiles for 'Available Vs. Forecast Balance' and 'Cash Forecast'.

But there is no data displayed for any of the users I tried including VP1.

Is there a user who can see data on these tiles?

Else where and how do we set up the data to be visible on these Fluid pages - 1) 'Available Vs. Forecast Balance' and 2) 'Cash Forecast'.
