Running 'Replicate Seed Data' program in an existing OU causes any problem?

Hi,

We are setting up AGIS in our instance. We have existing Operating units for which we need to setup AGIS. One of the pre-requisite for AGIS Setup is to have 'Global Intercompany' transaction source available in AR for AR invoicing of intercompany transactions. If we check, the aforementioned source is not there in our system. Oracle white paper on AGIS suggests to run 'Replicate Seed Data' program to seed this source, if it is not available. Running this program give us the required source, however I am concerned if re-running 'Replicate Seed Data' program for an existing OU, where it
