nVision client 8.57 install instruction

We recently upgraded Financial to PT 8.57.  Tried to upgrade users nVision Client from 8.55 to new 8.57, when running: psnvs.exe /register getting the following errors:

...\bin\client\winx86\PSNVD.DLL - Failed to install

...\bin\client\winx86\PSNAM.DLL - Failed to install

Can anyone provide me uninstall and reinstall instruction for nVision Client 8.57?  Clients has Windows 10 and Office 365.
