Has anyone integrated PSoft with Cherwell Service Management?
We use the Cherwell Service Management software to track support incidences and track Data Center/Network tasks.
Specifically, when an Employee Terminates, a Cherwell service request is manually created to track removing the Employees access to various software in the company, including network access. Right now we generate daily and monthly Termination reports from Peoplesoft HCM to make sure these tasks are done.
We would like Peoplesoft to automatically generate a Service Request in Cherwell for the Terminations. Has anyone done this?
I have seen one published integration point where Cherwell can use a live database view from a Peoplesoft database. Ir data can be imported. But I am looking for maybe an IB message?
