Creation of PIA domains from command line with psadmin -w create c_set <cset>

Hi All,

Has anyone successfully created a PIA domain using psadmin from a command line as opposed to going into the utility and doing it manually?

The psadmin help (psadmin -h) suggests that... "

psadmin -w create -d <domain> -c c_set
where c_set = WebServer%WebServerRootDir%WebServerLoginId%WebServerLoginPwd%
WebsiteName%ppserverHost%JSL Port%HTTP Port%HTTPS Port%AuthenticationTokenDomain%
Web profile%WebProfUserId%WebProfUserPwd%IntegrGatewayId%IntegrGatewayPwd%AppsrvDomConnPwd%RepDir"

I've tried this every way I can think of and it always fails with "A problem was encountered while attempting to create the domain.
Install Log has not been generated at this moment.
