PeopleSoft Remote Call - "Could not start child program"

Hi All,

I am seeing below error in my HCM App server log and it happens when users are doing a Leave Forecast in the PeopleSoft 9.1 HCM Production system. Peopletools is 8.55 and DB is 11.2.0.4 on Solaris 10 OS.

Could not start child program /u01/app/psoft/pt855/bin/PSRUNRMT GPPOLRUN REMOTEUY/ORACLE/<database-name>/<oprid>/////0/people/%PSWD%/cae44616-dd43-11ea-a7b6-f528421cab4a (2,-1) DERIVED_GP.FCST_PB.FieldFormula  Name:Abs_ForecastExec  PCPC:5391  Statement:94

I have verified and performed as per doc id - Doc ID 2553017.1 & Doc ID 1556757.1

Seeking for some direction or advise on how to check further. Thanks !
