Why Supplier Name That Is More Than 30 Characters Is Truncated in Purchase Order Entry  in fusion Cloud?

Example Supplier Name:

MINIMAX CHINA FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM CO LTD

Purchase Order Entry Screen:

MINIMAX CHINA FIRE PROTECTION

is this system limitation/Bug? Quick responses would be appreciated.
