DOM - RangeError when selecting date from drop-down list.

Help!!

I have a custom page in development with a drop-down that has 3 dates in it.

When I select one of the dates, the fieldchange should then populate another date field.  It was working fine but I've done something and now when I click on a date in the drop-down, the page "spins" and I get:

I do not know what I did but desperately need help getting past this error!  Any help is tremendously appreciated.
