Receiving error "HR92IMG is an invalid source environment"

When trying to define the PUM source (Image 35), I am getting this error: "HR92IMG is an invalid source environment". I am able to log in to PeopleSoft (i.e. connect to the image) with the PS account. The TNSNAMES is correctly defined for this environment. I have tried resetting the PS password in PeopleSoft on the user profile and also through the psadmin utility on the app server. What else should I be looking for?
