Queries Accessibility/Restriction role wise

Dear All

We are using PSFSCM 9.2 with PT8.53 and zero image. We need to assign the reports available to users role-wise i.e. if user -A and user-B are having assigned role of Role-XYZ they could access/execute the report available to him under main menu->reporting tools-> query->query viewer. Any idea how to achieve this one of the idea of mine is to call %operatorid as an expression in the query and match that the current user who's login does have the role-xyz but I'm unable to do so via subquery. Any other idea or any way to group users in this way
