Route header question

Hi guys,

A question about route header: in which condition the SBC is adding the Route Header?

I'm asking because i have the call flow which involve the same SA and sometimes SBC add a Route Header. This is not treat correctly by my SIP Server and drop the call. Now i deactivated the param Loose Routing but still on certain nbs i see the Route Header. The initial invite from the provider is the same but only for some numbers the Route Header is added.

Any hints?
