Forgotten Password Site Authorization error

Hi everyone,

We have configured the forgotten password site. After putting userID and the hint answer, I get "message delivered" box and then get a "you are not authorized to view this component" box.

I should mention that I do get an email, and can log in everything works fine it's just that I am unable to see the email confirmation page because of the above error. I did doublecheck everything

Menu : MAINTAIN_SECURITY

Component : EMAIL_PSWD

Pages : All Pages
