OraMTS service for application testing

Currently the OraMTS service is running on an Oracle Client home 11.2.0.3 handling DTP/XA transactions using the MS DTC.  A question has come up - wondering if a second OraMTS service can be pointing to a Oracle 18c client on the same Windows application server. The developers would like to do testing against both.   This is related to in-doubt xa transactions.
