Store add is not processing

in Retail Merchandising System (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered

created a new store in RMS V14.1 and it populated store_add table.In rms_async_status table the status is N but it is not getting processed and in aq$STORE_ADD_QTAB it is in ready state.

Tried the below options

  1. Expire / dequeue the messages first.
  2. Stop and start the queue.

Even then it did not work. could you please help to resolve the issue.

Is like store is mandatory in store_add table to get it processed?
