Strategy Work tiems for customer not appearing in UWQ

Hi

I have created few strategies at Customer level and ran the strategy management program. However I see only Delinquent Customers in the Work Queue but there is nothing showing up in Strategy Work Items customers. However when I go and query a customer and go to Strategy tab I can see my strategy name and work items listed. The Work Item is open but the status below says Pre wait and other work items say to be started. Any reason why customers strategy work items are not getting shown in UWQ? We have not set the collector view to Full
