1. In Collections Questionnaire - Operations if we pick "Customer" as the option for the question "At what level does your organization do business with customers?", can we configure scoring and strategy at other levels namely Account, Bill To or Delinquency?
2. "Do you want to define the collection levels for Operating Unit?" in Business Level Preferences - what does this option drive

2a. Does the options for the next question "What are the other Collections level for organization ?" have any dependency to above question 2? How does it impact the "Business Level" field in Collections Workbench
