Purge/Archival Strategy for AWE Tables

Hi all,

We're currently on PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 and PeopleTools 8.53

I was wondering if any of you have ever had to archive/purge AWE tables(for very old data) - are there any best practices/tables that should be considered?

I looked at this document and am not really sure what the *_XREF tables are. Also, I'm guessing I'd have to start looking at PS_EOAW_USERINST, identify data for specific years to be retained and then delete from PSWORKLIST,PS_EOAW_WL, PS_EOAW_STEPINST and finally delete it from PS_EOAW_USERINST to maintain data integrity? Is that approach correct?
