can we apply peoplesoft hcm pum 35 upgrade on our current tools 8.57.04#

Found there are few bug# where minimum requirement is 8.58 , but we don't need those 4 fixes.

Following are the enhancements with minimum requirement of  8.58, if we apply the upgrade on 8.57 what ll happen , the code ll check the version and as it used to in prev PUM >

  

Enhanced the Data Privacy framework to provide the ability to manage data protection of sensitive data fields in PS Query.
Delivered the Workforce Equity Dashboard created using Kibana Analytics. The Workforce Equity Dashboard enables you to view visualizations in Kibana based on the Workforce Diversity Elastic Search index.
Delivered the Workforce Composition dashboard created using Kibana Analytics. The Workforce Composition dashboard enables you to view visualizations in Kibana based on the Person index in Elasticsearch.
