Is it Possible to Emulate Another User Through Component Interface through a CI Web Service

We have a need to keep a certain population out of our PeopleSoft HCM system but would like to setup web services that would allow them to interface transaction detail into our HCM System.

Our Intranet developers are creating a separate page for this population to record their transactions.  When they submit those transactions we hope to have those transactions pushed through an integration broker service where we have published our CI Web Service.

The challenge is that these folks cannot log into PeopleSoft but when the web service invokes the CI it must do it with the Active Directory Username of the person initiating the request.  The CI will then process the transaction like any Employee Self Service page might and the detail would be recorded for that Active Directory user.
