Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. We would like to upgrade HCM 9.2 PUM 25 to 35 , currently on tools 8.57.04.

I am told tools 8.58.xx does not work with DB2 LUW 11.1 (AIX 7.2) , True ?

In that case what are the alternatives for the CA environment for PUM 35.
