Are UDDI Servers/Services required to setup and use a CI Based Web Service?

Hi guys.

I'm setting up my first CI Based Web Service and I get nearly to the end and it requires a UDDI server definition reference to be setup.  Wouldn't you know it .

Any way, is a UDDI server really required to publish a get/post service in the integration broker?

Can't I just give the WSDL to my customer and have them write their get/post items with that?

If a UDDI server/service is required can this be enabled within Web Logic?

Is there any documentation on this that you can point me to?

Are there any gotcha's that you can warn me of before I head down this path?
