Incorrect Russian symbols in RMS menus (v16)

Hello.

We have the issue with incorrect displaying of Russian symbols in RMS v16 forms. It looks like this problem is related just to the objects that have dymanic translations from DB level (?) in scope of the internalization functionality.

Could you please suggest what configuration should be checked for fixing this issue?
