After creating the Upgrade image HCM 9.2 PI 24 upgrade image, I am trying to create change package with the option 'the Apply all maintenance from HCM 9.2 PUM 35. ' using  the Change Assistant 8.58.04 and after almost 2 hours, I get the below error. Does anyone has any idea.

Failed SQL stmt: INSERT INTO PSPROJECTMSG (PROJECTNAME, UPGPROCESSTYPE, OBJECTTYPE, MESSAGESEQ, MESSAGE_SET_NBR, MESSAGE_NBR, MESSAGE_PARM1, MESSAGE_PARM2, MESSAGE_PARM3, MESSAGE_PARM4, MESSAGE_PARM5) VALUES (:1, :2, , :4, :5, :6, :7, :8, :9, :10, :11)

I restarted the Change package creation process and got stuck with the smae issue. Any idea?
