Need more information on AP_DCM_INVOICE service in PeopleSoft

My requirement is to create Invoice in Oracle PeopleSoft using third party solution which is SOA and Imaging using the Integration Broker by exposing it and generating the WSDL  . Can I use this AP_DCM _INVOICE Service to achieve that /if not what other service should i use. I have another service in mind which AP_VOUCHER_BUILD . Can somebody please explain me about these two services and any other service which i can use  and help me achieve my requirement. Please let me know your inputs on the same. Thanks in advance.
