Elasticsearch/Kibana - Third Party Systems?

Hello,

Is it possible to feed data from multiple systems (i.e. not just PeopleSoft) into our Elastic Server and visualize that data with Kibana in PT 8.58?

For example, if we installed the PT 8.58 ELK DPK with our FSCM application, could we also send data from a separate help desk application or other third party system to the PS Elastic server and have it visualized on Kibana dashboards in FSCM?

I am still a novice in the area of Elasticsearch, so any ideas are appreciated.
