Issue with starting the application server in PUM35

I did an install of PUM35 via virtualbox on my machine and used the default configuration. On virtual box, I set up the network connection as host only adapter. After the installation, I was able to access Portal and tools, but after restarting the Virtual Machine, the application server fails to start. I see the below when I attempt to start it. Any idea on how to troubleshoot this (I am a developer and not familiar with administration)
