Elasticsearch - remove 'Last Updated Date' from Portal Menu Search Results

Does anybody know how to remove the "Last Update Date" values from the 'Classic' (not Fluid) Portal Menu Search Results?  Our users really don't need to see that.   I am aware one can change the Search Definition to add/remove items from the search results, but it doesn't seem obvious how to remove this particular 'Last Update Date' data item from the Portal Search results page.
