OAM in-parallel upgrade from 11g to 12c

Currently we are running on below versions:

OS

Linux Red Hat V6 x86_64

OAM 11gR2

11.1.2.2.8

Java

1.7.0_60

Weblogic Server

10.3.6.13

OID

11.1.1.7.3

Database

11.2.0.4.0

Would like to do in-parallel upgrade (on new servers) to latest version OAM 12c (12.2.1.4.0) on new Virtual Machine with RAC database ( New VM server for OAM and RAC database). Our current webgate agents using DNS name for OAM servers, so once our servers will be ready we can switch the DNS with new IP. I have few below questions:

  1. With OAM 12c (12.2.1.4.0),which latest OID/OUD and oracle database will compatible?
  2. Can we freshly install OAM 12c (12.2.1.4.0) and latest database and import/export data? Or it would require additional changes?
