Peoplesoft as Source system

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC) Question

Hello Team,

We are on PT-8.58+Win-2016. Our LDAP is Windows AD.

May I know how can we make PS as the source system i.e. When a candidate gets on-boarded to the firm and once his ID is created. How can we have PS to send scheduled feeds to the LDAP.

Similarly, When the employee is terminated, How can his account be locked and synced up in both LDAP and PS?

Is this feasible without any additional License cost?
