what min webgate agent supports OAM 12.2.1.3 and OAM 12.2.1.4

1) what minimum webgate agent supports OAM 12.2.1.3

2) what minimum webgate agent supports OAM 12.2.1.4

In OAM 12c-webgates-certmatrix, it mentioned that "OAM 12cPS3 (12.2.1.3.0) Server Components are compatible with 11gR2PS3 (11.1.2.3.0) WebGates"

we would like to know if OAM 12cPS3 (12.2.1.3.0) and OAM 12cPS4 (12.2.1.4.0), supports lower webgate agents then 11gR2PS2 (11.1.2.2.0)? or we need to upgrade the webgate agents.
