PeopleTools 8.58.04 HCM 92 installation fails with the following Error message Error: /Stage[main]/P

Hi,

I tried installing PeopleTools 8.58.04 HCM 92 in Windows server 2016(All pre-requisites are available). The Fulltier installation fails with the following error message "Error: /Stage[main]/Pt_profile::Pt_password/Pt_password[peoplesoft]/returns: change from 'absent' to ['0'] failed: Error getting access id from the database: <db_name>" . I followed the steps in the document E-PUM: PT 8.58-Based PUM Deployment Fails on Step: Changing the Passwords for the Environment "Error getting access id from the database" (Doc ID 2683874.1). Still installation fails. I am looking for a solution.Thanks in advance.
