Facing this error when I tried to access Collector's Work Queue (R12.1.3) -The FormsLauncher failed

Hi Team,

Facing the below error when I tried to access Collector's Work Queue (R12.1.3) in Oracle Advanced Collections.

The FormsLauncher failed to connect to the existing forms session properly. A model window may be open in the existing forms session, or your session may have become invalid.

I have found a note-Doc ID 2274001.1 but it applied to Version 12.2.2 and later.

Could someone pitch in and help out.
