R12 Dunning Letters

Hi,

I'm new to the R12 AR dunning plans,

There's a step im a not clear at all. That is;

We define the scoring engine and then derive a score based on different scoring components. e. g I used the Customer Scoring engine available in the Vision environment, which has 3 scoring components; namely; Delinquencies Amount for Customer, Customer Since for Customer, Number of Delinquencies for Customer.

So based on this assume I get an average score of 60.

Then how does the dunning plan decide which dunning letter should be sent to the customer ?
