Crystal and nVision process failures after PT 8.54.04 upgrade on Windows 2012

Hi,

We upgraded our FSCM 9.2/PT 8.53 Demo and development environment to PT 8.54.04. After the upgrade our Crystal and nVision processes fail ~50% of the time with "Process X is marked 'Initiated' or 'Processing' but can not detect status of PID." Further investigation with Oracle Support shows some kind of heap corruption that terminates the process. However, no solution has been found.

The interesting thing is that this problem only happens on Widows 2012. I have tried on 3 servers with the same issue. However, Windows 2008 R2 and 2012 R2 (not supported) does not have the problem. Crystal and nVision works just fine.

So, my question is; has anyone had a similar issue with Windows 2012, or are you successfully running Crystal and nVision on Windows 2012?
