Anyway, the error says that the parent entry with the orclownerGUID=388144B412FB4D84ACC2A7C0A479C is not in the LDAP directory.

So I expect you must create that first.

Well to add the entry you are trying to add you must add that entry first, I say "expect" as maybe that is not the right GUID.
