Is this the closest equivalent to the EBS R12 Application Developer's Guide, describing how to "properly" extend the PSFT HCM 9.2 functionality? It seems it may be, but are there other documents similar to this which describe the best practices to extending the PSFT apps, creating CEMLI framework compliant RICE objects or is CEMLI only an EBS framework similar to Oracle Applications Framework (OAF)?
