Fluid User Banner for classic home does not show the buttons/colors

We implemented Fluid User Interface and noticed that when we use the banner TANGERINE-ALT format, the buttons and colors do not appear in the secured view (port 443) of the system.  Everything looks ok when it is unsecured (port 80).  I have looked through the documentation and it all looks correct.  Is there a setup item I am missing? Thanks
