Crystal mapping from PT.851 to PT8.53

Hi,

We have upgraded our system tools from PT8.51 to PT8.53 and I have been using the crystal report 2008 in two tier mode for the developing a report. Now my two tier mode crystal is mapped to PT8.51 version. Is there an Oracle KM doc that will guide to change the tools version in the crystal also. Can anyone please advise me how we can change the tools version in the crystal.

Hi Anil,
Multiple PT on one box therotically and practically can be done, but its not something we recommend or suggest or advice becuase there are many environment setting for each tools. For example the PeopleSoft implementation of Crystal Reports has not changed its approach to Windows Registry settings for ODBC using the Configuration Manager Workstation Install.
