Customizing the Life Event Email Notification in HCM 9.2 Benefits
On 9.2. Upgrade from 9.0 to 9.2
The client wanted to add new fields like Employee Id, Employee Name and Dept Id to the life event email notifications. Is there a document or process available to make this change ?
Currently, template has only one field "URL" which is provided by AWE. I understand that if I need to add new fields then I need to modify the application package peoplecode. But apart from this the above requested fields are not part of the transaction level record.
Appreciate your inputs on this.
