App Engine / CI runs to success on NT but fails on Unix

Hi,

App Engine / CIs run to success on NT but fail when run on Unix.

Unknown key of uninstantiated object {CI_PERSONAL_DATA.PROP_EMPLID} (91,16)

Unknown key of uninstantiated object {CI_PERSONAL_DATA.PROP_BIRTHDATE} (91,16)

Unknown key of uninstantiated object {CI_PERSONAL_DATA.PROP_BIRTHPLACE} (91,16)

Please advise if you have seen this before.  Tried creating new Unix process scheduler and get the same result.
