PeopleTools 8.56 certification with WebLogic 12.2.1.3

Hi,

From the certification page, PeopleTools 8.56 are certified with WebLogic 12.2.1.1.0 but "Oracle recommends that our customers run on the latest 12.2.x version currently available".

As version 12.2.1.1.0 is out of error correction, I installed Weblogic 12.2.1.3.0 on Linux from package V886423-01 and then applied patch 26997044 without any errors.

But when creaton a new PIA web server from psadmin, it fails :
