Add Seeded Workflow & Notifications of Type 'Requester Change Order Approval' to Oracle Mobile Appro

Business users can't see notifications of Type 'Requester Change Order Approval' using their Oracle mobile approval application as this type is currently not supported in Version 1.5. We need to add this type along with all other seeded notification types that we still missing in Oracle mobile approval application
